Eczema, also known as atopic dermatitis, is a condition where patches of skin become red, inflamed, itchy, scaly, cracked, or rough. It may affect children and adults. It may run in your family. You may also have other associated conditions like asthma, seasonal allergies, and food allergies. We are here to help you make the diagnosis, establish a good skin care routine, and provide you the right kind of medicated topical treatments. For more recalcitrant cases, we may even give oral medications or a new FDA-approved injection medication to help alleviate the symptoms.
